Return Process
Items return policy
All products are 100% new & original and sourced from authorized channels, in principle there will be no quality problems. Customers may not return any goods unless they have prior consent from DiGi Electronics HK Limited. If you don't know how to handle, please communicate with the after-sales customer service. All returned items are returned at the customer's own risk and expense and should be uninsured by the customer and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the items to DiGi Electronics HK Limited and providing proof of delivery of such returns. Appropriate precautions must be taken for items classified as “statically sensitive”.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition.
DiGi Electronics HK Limited has the right, at its discretion, to receive a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the invoice for the items returned as "unwanted" or "wrongly ordered" items (minimum cost $50).
DiGi Electronics HK Limited expressly reserves the right to refuse to cancel orders or returns for the following items:
- The items are not sold and shipped by DiGi Electronics HK Limited;
- The original packaging and cargo label of the items are damaged;
- The delivery time is more than 30 days, which is subject to the delivery date;
- Lost the invoice issued;
- The items have been used by the customer, except for inherent defects;
- Problems that contribute to product quality include, but are not limited to, accidents, abuse, unreasonable use, misuse, power problems, failure to follow product instructions, and/or storage and/or installation of products, failure to perform required preventive maintenance , normal wear and tear, natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, acts of violence or any similar events; non-DiGi Electronics HK Limited personnel or non-DiGi Electronics HK Limited authorized persons to commission, repair or support, process or resell the product, and use non-DiGi Electronics HK Limited supplies Problems caused by the parts.
Refund policy
DiGi Electronics HK Limited supports returning the original payment method according to the user's original payment method.
If the enterprise user applies for a refund, if it is inconsistent with the original payment account, the original document with the official seal must be submitted, and the application shall be handled after the examination and approval.
